"Outstanding Customer Service!"
I live in Rowlett and drive by your location everyday. It is important to me where and how I spend my money, plus a wanted to contribute revenue to my own community especially with the economy the way it is today. I just really wanted to commend the staff in Rowlett for providing outstanding customer service to me when I purchased my vehicle on 5/16/09. Specifically Michael Barrett who was my Sales Representative and who helped me throughout the process. He was truly great, and made me feel as though I was his only customer. He was the person who provided me with the Air Check information when I inquired about it, whereby the process allowed me to put $3,000 towards the purchase of my vehicle. My hats off to Steve Barrett who I understand is the General Manager and who I believe made sure everything went smoothly throughout the entire process. His role as management is key in running a business. To Jason Barrett who oversees the service department and who was extremely timely with my vehicle inspection and the placement of new tires on my vehicle. And to the rest of the staff who played a role in this process I say thank you, as I really appreciate everyone's assistance in this process. You all made the process easy I really appreciate that. Again, outstanding customer service! I am happy to refer Barrett Motors to anyone I know. To everyone at Barrett Motors, have a great day!

THE TWO BROTHERS WHO RUN THE DAY TO DAY OPERATIONS, STEPHEN BARRETT / GENERAL MANAGER AND HIS BROTHER JASON BARRETT / SERVICE MANAGER ARE TWO OF THE MOST PROFESSIONAL AND HONEST GENTLEMEN ANYONE COULD EVER MEET AND PURCHASE A VEHICLE FROM. THE SECOND YOU DRIVE ON ANY OF THEIR THREE LOTS YOU ARE MET BY A SMILING SALES PERSON WITH A FIRM HANDSHAKE AND THEIR SOLE PURPOSE IS TO PUT YOU IN A VEHICLE THAT YOU WILL BE HAPPY WITH AND COME BACK AGAIN. THEY ARE A NO NONSENSE DEALERSHIP AND IF THE NEW CAR DEALERSHIPS IN THE DFW AREA WERE HALF AS HONEST AND UPFRONT WITH THEIR CUSTOMERS YOU PROBABLY WOULDN'T SEE SO MANY DECLARING BANKRUPTCY AND GOING OUT OF BUSINESS. YOU CAN TRULY TAKE THESE FOLKS AT THEIR WORD THAT THEY WILL DO EVERYTHING WITHIN THEIR POWER TO PUT YOU IN THE VEHICLE THAT YOU ARE WANTING!! THEY ALSO HAVE THE BEST INVENTORY OF TRUCKS, CARS, SUVS AND VANS THAT YOU WILL FIND IN THE METROPLEX. IT IS NO WONDER THAT THEY HAVE BEEN IN BUSINESS AS LONG AS THEY HAVE. THEIR FATHER WAS AND STILL IS THE MOST PERFECT GENTLEMAN AND IT SURE RUBBED OFF ONTO HIS SONS.
