Dear Barrett Motors and BMI Finance Customers,

    With the uncertainty that comes with the recent viral outbreak, we want you to know that we are doing everything possible to adjust and to continue to be of service to you. As things seems to be changing daily, we may have to change with them and ask for your patience and understanding as we try to adjust as well. We will communicate those changes as best as possible.

    Here are our current operational statuses:

Barrett Motors Rowlett – Auto Sales has been deemed as an essential service and we are here to help you with your next purchase. Please call us at 972-475-1366

Barrett Motors Sachse – Auto Sales has been deemed as an essential service and we are here to help you with your next purchase. Please call us at 972-496-1080

Barrett Motors Greenville – Auto Sales has been deemed as an essential service and we are here to help you with your next purchase. Please call us at 903-355-2222

Barrett Service Center – The Barrett Motors Service Centers located in Rowlett and Greenville are also considered essential services, however for the safety of our staff and our customers we are performing service and maintenance work by appointment only with a limitation of one customer in the waiting room at a time.

BMI Finance –The BMI Finance office has transitioned to a “Work From Home” environment. You may have noticed some phone issues recently if you tried to call. We apologize for any inconvenience, but they should be resolved now. If you normally pay with cash at one of our kiosk locations then you may still do so and we will ensure that the kiosk has been disinfected prior to your use. Payments may still be dropped in the overnight drop box at the BMI office or you may still mail your payment to BMI Finance – 3204 Century Dr. Rowlett, TX 75088

For those of you who have questions about your account we would like to inform you that we want to help our customers who are in need of assistance. We are not implementing a broad-based plan of assistance because we think we are still small enough to assist customers one-on-one. Please call us at 972-475-4565 or e-mail us at info@bmifinance.net about your specific needs. With that said, we have already had fraud attempts to take advantage of the situation. We are a small loan company and cannot survive without payments being made. This is why we will require some documentation and verification to apply for help.
